The Clinical Mind Competition (CMC) returns to iMed Conference 18.0 with a fresh new edition, designed to challenge the way future doctors think.
In this multi‑stage competition, teams of two will face a succession of clinical cases crafted to challenge both accuracy and speed. Each scenario includes multiple‑choice questions delivered live, requiring participants to think quickly, integrate key clinical clues, and commit to the best possible answer under time pressure. Scores accumulate through a combination of correct responses and rapid decision‑making, and only the highest‑ranking duos will advance to the next rounds..

  • The iMed Conference Summit comes back in the this year's edition and it brings along the Warm Up Competition, presenting two clinical cases, that test not only the medical reasoning of its participants, but also the quickness in which they answer the questions.


    This year, Dr. Lourenço Garcia will be its host, bringing a much desired taste of the real medical world to the students, with challenging cases that he faced himself during his years of practice.
