The iMed Conference® Workshops are a great opportunity to learn something new or to improve your skills! You can develop your knowledge on themes that are not fully discussed in class, allowing you to expand your horizons.

Once again we will have two days of Workshops that will take place solely during the afternoon​, so that everyone gets a chance to participate.

Our dynamic system of Workshop sessions ​allows you to choose​ one ​Workshop per day. Each one integrates different sessions with different speakers, thus allowing for an all-around approach to various areas of a certain theme.

Handling a critical patient in the Emergency Department, (or in any other setting, for the matter) will definitely be one of the biggest challenges facing any young doctor. The rush for an effective intervention when time is short demands a set of fundamental skills any medical student should master! In this Workshop you will learn how to handle a patient in critical condition by practicing with training models, divided into four major domains: Observation (image but not only Imagiology), Respiratory Failure identification, Shock treatment and Vital Signs interpretation. Come and test your clinical skills with our brand new SimChallenge! It’s a medical simulation contest aimed exclusively at NMS |FCM Medical Students who are, preferably, in their clinical years (4th-6th). The goal is to introduce medical students to the world of medical simulation, by allowing small teams to challenge themselves in a simulated clinical scenario!
